I'm not so familiar with GTD software, and all that I have know is outlook(maybe a little expensive), evernote(can be one of them?), efficient software and so on. In the Getting Things Done book, David Allen recommends starting off with 10 lists: Projects. This is a place to store your lists and is most often what people mean when they ask what the best app is for GTD. One of the primary tools you will need for your GTD implementation is a list manager. Thanks in advance! +- GTD means Getting Things Done+. I'd prefer it to be free, but that's not a requirement either.

There tap the Options icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to change the default apps. Android: Tap the Settings icon on your smartphone, then tap on the Apps section. There long-press on the file, then release your finger. If you do not see an app to open the file, then tap Share "Share" and choose an app. Linux: Right click on the file, and select "Open with" and choose another program. Then choose another program and check the "Always Open With" box. Mac: Right click (or Ctrl-click) the GTD file, then click "Open with" > "Other.". Now select another program and check the box "Always use this app to open *.GTD files". Windows: Right click on any GTD file and then click "Open with" > "Choose another app". Associate the GTD file extension with the correct application.
